Bodywork & Add Ons

  • An Integrated Massage Session combines therapeutic skill with a holistic understanding of the body to provide a tailored treatment that meets your individual needs. Your therapist draws from multiple modalities—such as myofascial techniques, targeted muscular work, and gentle lymphatic support—to address areas of tension, improve structural balance, and encourage healthy movement patterns.

By working with the fascia, the connective tissue that influences mobility, posture, and overall structural integrity, this session helps release restrictions that can contribute to discomfort and limited range of motion. Focused muscular techniques reduce chronic tension and support recovery, while lymphatic-informed approaches promote circulation, reduce stagnation, and assist the body’s natural detoxification processes.

Equally important is the session’s effect on the nervous system. Through intentional pacing, pressure, and rhythmic techniques, the treatment helps shift the body out of a stressed, sympathetic state and into a more restorative parasympathetic mode. This supports improved relaxation, enhanced resilience, and a deeper sense of internal balance.

The result is a session that is clinically informed yet deeply restorative—supporting the fascia, muscles, lymphatic flow, and nervous system to promote whole-body wellbeing and sustainable relief.

Modalities used include: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, nervous system centered massage, lymphatic drainage, TMJD massage

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) using the Vodder Technique is a gentle, rhythmic massage designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage natural fluid movement. Using light, precise skin-stretching movements, this technique supports the reduction of swelling, improves circulation, and promotes relaxation and detoxification. It is especially effective for lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, and overall lymphatic health.

I received my training and certification in the Vodder technique from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.

  • TMJ dysfunction massage targets tension and pain in the jaw, face, and neck. It includes external and intra-oral techniques (with gloved hands) to access and release tight muscles like the masseter and pterygoids. This treatment helps reduce jaw pain, clicking, clenching, and headaches while improving jaw mobility and function. Ideal for those with TMJ disorders, bruxism, or stress-related tension.

    60 min - $100

  • Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese technique that uses suction through glass or silicone cups to lift soft tissue, promoting fluid flow and relieving stagnation in blood, lymph, and Qi. This process loosens tissue, encourages energy movement, and enhances nourishment in the body. Cupping helps release adhesions, increase blood flow, hydrate tissues, and drain toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a hands-on therapy where practitioners use specialized tools to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions. By applying controlled pressure, it helps break down scar tissue, improve blood flow, reduce pain, increase mobility, and support faster healing and recovery.
